Learning is the key to unlock the doors to any success.
When you learn about you, what you desire, and what specific issues you desire to change, you are improving your Wizard Walk.
To get started learning you, your desires and so on, you will need to use new ideas. You need to press your internal "refresh" button. Information provides you with the keys that unlock doors between you and your Wizard Walk.
This information cannot be the "same old" ideas . . . New changes require new ideas.

Learning to trust and live by our intuitive inner guidance systems is not about developing fancy party tricks to impress our friends. It is about learning to return to a life of balance that is guided from a deeper source of wisdom than our current culture has to offer.
Certain thought processes dominate every aspect of your "mother culture", honoring only the linear and rational ways of thinking. As a result, "mother culture" finds itself facing insurmountable debt, global currencies teetering on collapse, and the people experiencing disharmony and dysfunction in the majority of their personal and global relationships, finding millions of the most educated, gifted and resourceful people in the world dependent on anti-depressants and mood-regulating medications. Yet, at the same time we face the very real and eminent possibilities of environmental disasters that could be beyond repair.

People practice meditation because it provides advantages. Incorporating meditation as part of your daily life can make a big difference regarding your attitude and outlook in life.
Because meditation is a procedure, it involves several steps as well as postures when doing it.
1. Cross legged posture
Various spiritual traditions and meditation teachers suggest or prescribe various meditation physical postures.
One of the most popular postures is the cross legged position which includes the lotus position. It is taught in most meditative traditions that the spinal cord must be kept straight, so slouching is not a good idea.
When you sit straight, it encourages good circulation of what is called spiritual energy, or Ki, which is the life force and vital breath.
